If you are unhappy with your prints or gifts, our print provider, SmugMug, will reprint or refund your order, whichever you prefer. Simply send an email to help@smugmug.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Note: All event photographs are color balanced prior to upload. You may notice the color in some photographs has been adjusted for special effects such as toning (sepia, duotone, etc). In most cases, you will see the original color image as well as alternate images so please select carefully. SmugMug uses a professional lab renowned for their color accuracy and consistency. Replacement prints from them almost always look identical to the first set you receive.
